A new opportunity for improvement presented itself once we got the working mini display setup in the back yard.

We decided to set this display up to give us a small visual component that we can use during the programming of the 2016 Christmas display.
It helps to see the interactions of the lights, the colors, timing etc. I am so glad we did.
Once we ran the first song using the display, it became apparent that the LOR controller was having difficulty keeping up with the Alphapix controllers. As the song progressed, the LOR lights fell behind the Alphapix lights.
I searched all the blogs I could find. Basically the fix that was suggested is to operate the LOR controllers in DMX mode. To do this I need to use an E1.31 Bridge and a cross over wire to move from LOR to DMX.
