PVC pipe &#8211; 8&#8242; 3&#8243; in length<\/li>\n<li>2 Pipe clamps<\/li>\n<li>Screw Driver for the pipe clamp<\/li>\n<li>60&#8243; Nylon cord<\/li>\n<li>Hack saw<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.holidaycoro.com\/Smart-Pixel-LED-RGB-Strip-30-LEDs-m-50-Pixels-m-p\/700.htm?Click=5993\">RGB Light Strip &#8211; Holidaycoro item 700<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We cut the RGB Strip in half.\u00a0 We only used 25 of the 50\u00a0segments for this length arch.<\/p>\n<p>If you gently bend the pipe you can then use the pipe clamps to fasten the 60&#8243; We hook up the Screw together adapter to the Arch and then to the controller.\u00a0 Note &#8211; It is important to pay attention to the way you are hooking up the wires.<\/p>\n<p>For example, I hook up the red wire to the Positive, the Yellow wire to the data and the Black wire to the ground on the AlphaPix controller.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_58\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.morganlights.com\/ChristmasBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/StripConnect.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-58\" class=\"wp-image-58 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.morganlights.com\/ChristmasBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/StripConnect-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"RGB Light Strip - WWW.MorganLights.com\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.morganlights.com\/ChristmasBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/StripConnect-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.morganlights.com\/ChristmasBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/StripConnect-768x576.jpg 768w, http:\/\/www.morganlights.com\/ChristmasBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/StripConnect-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-58\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">RGB Strip Data Direction<\/p><\/div>\n<p>On the RGB strip, I make sure to connect the same color wires to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.morganlights.com\/ChristmasBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/StripConnect.jpg\"><br \/>\n<\/a>each of the\u00a0connection points, Positive, Data and Ground.\u00a0 Also make sure you are connecting to the correct end of the strip.\u00a0 The data flows in one direction and will be shown on the strip itself, in this case, by an arrow pointing in the direction of data flow.<\/p>\n<p>Now we are ready to test!\u00a0 Plug up the AlphaPix and after a few<a href=\"http:\/\/www.morganlights.com\/ChristmasBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Arch-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-83\" src=\"http:\/\/www.morganlights.com\/ChristmasBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Arch-1-300x186.jpg\" alt=\"Leaping Arch - MorganLights.com\" width=\"300\" height=\"186\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.morganlights.com\/ChristmasBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Arch-1-300x186.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.morganlights.com\/ChristmasBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Arch-1-768x477.jpg 768w, http:\/\/www.morganlights.com\/ChristmasBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Arch-1-1024x636.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a> seconds, you can press and hold the M button and the controller will go into test mode.\u00a0 Use the + and &#8211;
